Hey Adroit, do the floors have to be 11 in number? Can they be less eg 8? Can it have an elevator? Really love the morden look.

Yes. We can modify the design for you to give the number of floors you want. By laws anything beyond 6 floors should have a elevator.

The cost of construction differs country to country. We cannot give you the cost for Senegal because we do not know the costs and requirements there. The cost of construction we give applies to Kenya. We can provide you with the design but you need someone in Senegal to guide you in terms of actual construction and cost.
