Do you know drinking warm water half n hour before meal with little clarified butter will help for constipation, also at night if you drink with triphala helps digestion and constipation and chewing ajwain induces good sleep

The teachers and Vaidyas of Ayurveda here in our India always tell to first drink water as soon as you wake up called "Ushapaan" (sip by sip or according to your digestive condition)and after that only clean your teeth and scrap your tongue

Hi, am drinking warm to hot water every day . If I start using silver glass , can I pour hot water to it . Can I consume hot teas and coffees in silver cup . If silver is cooling , how will it affect a person with Kapha dosha ?
