Super helpful. I just wanted to say I would have loved to have images pop up showing each of the products just so I could quickly get an idea of each item. Video was otherwise fab as always.

@@Jsthappytobehere beautiful 🥰😍congratulations mama ❤️
Thank you for sharing! Everyone has been insisting that I need a baby swing, but I just don’t see myself using one since we have a large dog, and I wouldn’t want to accidentally fall asleep while baby was in there. To me a newborn baby wrap and a crib make the most sense for us, but it’s so nice to hear that echoed from another mama!

Hey Bridget! We love your channel and this content! Thank you for always sharing your recommendations. One thing we noticed is that most of your links in the description are not working or are old. Are you able to update?

I definitely agree with baby wearing and cloth diapers!! Both of these are great to keep for every baby you have! I lost my ergo baby carrier for a couple months, then finally found it. Best day ever! 😂😅 Also, heck yes, cloth diapers! My kids both had no issues with potty training. 🙌🏼

I was so excited when you talked about the carriers because those are all the ones I love 😭 And hearing the Infantino not the Ergo was my favorite, I way prefer it because it’s so much easier to get babies on front OR back carrying when I’m the only adult around (which happens a lot!).

Was given a swing with my second baby. It sat taking up space in storage for four years, except for the three months I had it out for each of my second, third, and fourth babies. And when it was out, the babies only liked it for about ten minutes before crying. I just sold it on marketplace for $100. You can't trick a baby into thinking he's being held lol. Babies are designed to make you hold them a lot because they need it and YOU mama need it too! There are many times I am sitting on the couch with #4 baby while a lot of stuff goes undone around me, but I need to heal and he is helping me by asking to be cuddled. The wrap is my bff for times stuff, other kids, and baby all need me.

Another wonderful video full of great information for Mama's! Personally, I swapped the lanolin for organic coconut oil as that worked better for our family.

I am expecting our first now and plan to get the nuna leaf seat/swing as it can hold up to 120 lbs 😮 so outgrowing it is not an issue 😊. I don’t want a big huge swing but a smaller seat that can be moved around the house as we need it to keep baby close to us but not ON us as needed. I do also plan on primarily cloth diapers and having slings/wraps for baby wearing

Great!! I also bought prahaus wrist support on Amazon which saved my wrists! Not sure if they still have it though.

Thanks so much for this - it was very helpful. Also, wanted to let you know that seemingly most if not all of your “Must Have” Amazon associate links are broken in the description!

Wonderful suggestions! I've used lanolin bc of you and my 2 year old has never had a diaper rash. I'd love to learn more about how you cosleep, if you're comfortable. I have a toddler who cosleeps and one on the way. I have no idea what to do when baby comes 😫

Would love to know why not to swaddle? Is it because they dont develop the startle reflex

What do you potty training faster ? Earlier age or short span for learning?
@IdidntwantayoutubehandlКүн бұрын
You have to make sure your little one is ready. I introduced a potty & fun books at 1.5. My son wasn't potty trained until 3.5. He was not ready. Do not force them because that can be very shameful to hurtful to them, they don't know any better and aren't doing it other than it's all they know and comforting to do what they know.

P.s. have you heard of the Pacii? I'd love your opinion on it
@aquababy55 ай бұрын
We got a set of those but my baby really prefers the Phillips Avent she mentioned. The nipple on the Pacii is larger and flattened (technically larger than me) and it’s also overall heavier.

I just want to say that the kind of diapers you use doesn’t affect potty training, it’s all about the parents. We used Kirkland brand diapers and my first was potty trained at 21 months because my husband and I decided it was time and still consistently get comments on how impressive it is she’s potty trained. Nothing to do with the diapers.

I'm tiny and my kids are huge. No matter what I try, baby wearing just doesn't work. Baby is mad and I'm uncomfortable. 4 children in and never had success.
