Loved the tips. There are so many greats out there but you're hands down my favorite Beardsman. It was one of your videos that first inspired me to put down the razors and let my hair down. I can proudly say I've only taken razor to chin 1 time over the past 2 years. No regrets. Thank you, sir, for your contribution to the movement. Beard on brother.

Hey, so i'm sorta new to the whole beard thing, well kinda. i had a goatie for about 8 years and was recently convinced that i should trim it back and grow a full beard, like literally 3 weeks in. i decided if i was going to go all in, i would do it right, that's how i came across beardbrand videos. let me just say wow and thank you, i don't have a great beard, it isn't growing in all nice and even, i have some shitty patches but these videos have help me realize that just because it isn't much to look at now, it could be in the future. i super appreciate you guys.

Other things that make beard life difficult: 1 The beard haters; family, friends, SO's friends, and other people that hate beards, that can grow them or can't but push their opinion even when you have a nice clean well kept beard. How do others deal with this? 2 Stache style anxiety, I'm pretty introverted, but my mustache isn't, and creates curled up beach cruiser handle bars as the day goes. 3 Pimples, yes we still get them. I've heard to spot treat them with tea tree oil? 4 Staches and allergies: sneezing, runny nose, etc are all bad days for the stache, keep your stache comb handy and a little beard wash in a tiny spray bottle. 5 The flu and beards: vomiting is never pretty but being sick and having a face filter to catch the projectiles is worse. Baby wipes help momentarily get the smell and grossness out of the way. Don't worry about over washing on sick days, you will feel better after a good teeth brushing and beard wash.

Awesome video thanks! The card/whisker dam hack made my day! My alternative tip, which is the way I normally combat that problem, is to sip it and be very careful about the angle of drink. And by sipping I mean almost drawing the liquid from the cup at with suction of mouth. Obviously this can be audible and distracting to people so that's why I really like the whisker dam! Thanks Eric!

I actually do the opposite for #6. My beard is currently really short on the sides, but it's extremely sparse, so if I turtle my head out, it further emphasizes how sparse it is because you can actually see the spaces between the hairs sticking out of my jaw like the needles sticking out of a cactus. But when I do the double chin motion, it compresses the hairs and makes it look fuller. So yeah, I guess you could say I sacrifice jawline for the illusion of thicker facial hair.

My favorite beard hack is when I go down on my girl, I let my whiskers get all up in there too, and then all through out the day my beard is like a little flavor saver. Later on at work I just take a little whiff of my stash, and boom, gooter for days! My girl loves it too!

Is salt not damaging to the beard hair?
@Beardbrand7 жыл бұрын
Salt can be dehydrating for your hair and cause damage if overused. Used in moderation you should be fine - just like jumping in the ocean isn't going to destroy your beard. Now using it multiple times a day, everyday, can cause some break downs. It's all about what you are going for and if it's worth the slight damage that may cause. But, essentially everything in life is damaging your beard once it's out of your face. It's just things to do to help minimize the damage.

Royal HD, minoxidil and dermarolling both have side effects depending on the individual. As you are still young, you should have patience as beards thicken with age. I believe you should make do with what you have at the moment and have patience. Good luck
@kkjthouttunkal7 жыл бұрын
the awkward beard time is really hard to get through. im gonna wait 3 more months growing naturally to see the results thanks for the support
@JeremyFrancispiano7 жыл бұрын
Royal HD patience. Let it grow for a whole month without shaving or even trimming. After the month, shave it down. Then let it grow for another whole month. If it doesn't appear thicker than the last time, shave it down again. Repeat this process until it grows back thick. Also, drink a lot of water and get plenty of exercise. Do anything that will naturally increase your testosterone levels. And patience. My moustache never grew in thick until i was 30. (But i never intended on growing it out until then either.)
