I have Crohn's and have been studying how to heal your gut with food. Every single one of the foods mentioned in this video has been something I've researched for the gut. Healing your gut is like healing your 2nd brain. The gut is directly related to your emotions. If you focus on reclaiming your gut flora, by natural consequence you're improving your mood along the way.

Whoa! Idk if this is partly due to changes in my diet or not, but my anxiety levels were wayy worse at ages 14-16 than they are now (18). And around age 16 was when I started becoming more health conscious and fell head over heels in love with green tea 😂 which I still drink 2-3 cups of per day of. Anyway idk, if you’re feeling anxious as heck, start with taking steps to improve your physical health first ✨

So yeah, I changed my routine from drinking any type of beverage, including plain water, to green tea every day. Although I find it hard to fight my depression, green tea is very helpful.

How to cure anxiety. Just be like me and become the most bitter man on earth and then anger and hate are stronger then fear. If you hate everyone then you won't care what anyone thinks or says about you lol.
@snippyhera2 жыл бұрын
@@idreamindarknessandsleepto1475 Awww that's not a good thing! Self acceptance is something earned overtime through patience, not anger and sadness. You must say to yourself, "Sure I may not love myself now, but I will become someone who is worthy of love" so screw people who will say you're dumb and be mean to you. Because as long as you stay kind you will always be stronger than them, if you just become cruel only because they are, you let them win. "Having a soft heart in a cruel world is courage, not weakness"
Be careful when choosing yogurt! Some are absolutely loaded with sugar. Regarding green tea, I learned recently on a tour of a tea garden that the combination of tannins and l-theanine in tea helps the body metabolize the caffeine more gradually, which is why you don't get a caffeine rush and then crash like with coffee. If the caffeine in coffee is too much for any other anxious people here, you might be okay with tea.
