Learned so much, and the presentation was efficient and clear. I had a problem understanding #6--Signatures. I'll re-watch and see if it's clearer next time around. One problem I've run up against is while in the email program, sometimes my mouse resizes the size of the pane and I can't stop it. How can I stop that? Again, great presentation.

Thanks. Really like the one about turning off that stupid "chat" and "meet". That's been annoying me for quite some time. There is one "feature" you didn't mention, and I admit I didn't scroll through to see if someone else has or if you already covered it in another video. Turning off the "Inbox/categories". I had a Craigslist account and a bunch of people replied, asking about an item I posted. I didn't see some of the replies because it put them in a "Promotions" category/tab. Why would anyone want this? It caused quite a bit of confusion for me until I changed it to have only the "Primary" checkbox on.

You're welcome, Charles. And thanks for the tip about the pros/cons of using multiple tabs.

Wow, didn't know about several of these features and really appreciate your video. Multi-signatures is my favorite. Is there a way to add a feature requesting receipt of an e-mail to a person prior to that e-mail being read by them? I have had that happen to me several times from one of my contacts and wondered if there is a setting for that. Thank you!

Other features I use constantly: gc to open contacts, gi to return to inbox, and using manage labels to hide the clutter I don't want, like all of the categories (and show labels I do want to see, like spam and trash).
