we admit now that there is many many many learning styles for children. That you can't teach the same way to everybody as they learn differently. The same must be true for entrepreneurs . But they keep showing always the same shit and same exemples with non always ethical people. There is a way to die business for people with a High consciousness degree? An intolerance to sheeting and secrecy? Ecological? For many of us , offering non durable shit in plastic is not an option, but we know if the concurrency put a low price copy in cheap plastic he will take the market. Without talking about luxury products that cost way to more for just an image? I know people are ready to pay for that. But I would like other exemples of entrepreneurs that did thing differently (accepting not being billionaire) to respect their principles. Big is not always the best. Please do some videos about another way of doing things. The system we have is there because a minority keep it there. Talk more about collaborative systems, coop systems, exchange systems, and maybe how those people saw the present way of doing thing and accepting not being big to stay true to humanity and themselves.

A presentation that fills in a lot of the blanks. A lot of the sense behind what at times can seem like nonsense. Knowing that progress will only come through pain. I do the best I can ...I have helped in planting a few trees and as said planting trees helps attract tourists , gives fresh healthy air , provides us with fruits and could give us biomass for heating ... I do throw or put the organic wastes under thd soil as natural fertilizers... Have you heard about an organization called the oceans that clean the oceans from the plastic wates to recycle them to sell recycled products ? By the way , in Japan, Germany and Austria , more than 60 or 70 oercent of garbage are recycled and they make money out of it ... Planting

From these videos I have discovered that my parents attitude about things taught us all the wrong stuff. Their view was if you couldn’t just do something and be good from the beginning, you were never going to be good. Practicing wouldn’t really help. For example, you show up for baseball tryouts as a kid and you were terrible and some kids were good. Well, they are just good and you aren’t. You shouldn’t play because you aren’t any good. It never occurred to me that their underlying attitude shaped the way I thought about things. They try to do it to my kids but I won’t let them.

You make a good point. Everyone must learn. We have inborn apptitudes, but we still must learn the "game" that we are playing. Elon had to learn everything necessary to become today's Elon. Oprah had to learn how to be Oprah. Sure they had natural aptitude for their chosen fields, but they also work harder at it than anyone else!

@@EvanCarmichael Thanks for your suggestion and you are absolutely right. The problem is beyond that. My teammates do not know the worth of time and they aren't strict about deadlines. They spend time as much as they want and don't adhere to deadlines. Their priority is not time, it's money, if a solution is cheaper but longer they'd prefer to that. They read no books and never follow channels like this. They don't update their knowledge and they are managing the company with knowledge of 10 years ago. What can I do for that? What is your suggestion? But considering "redefine failure" I must see these delays as a valuable source of information about why are we late and what can we do about it to prevent it in the future and find weak points of my business, instead of getting angry and frustrated.
