As a hobby photographer taking model pictures I'm very happy to finally find a tutorial for male models. One of the problems I face when working with male models (not professional) is that they just "stand like soldiers" and don't know what to do. I try to sell in the idea that expression makes impression. They probably understand it, but don't dare to try it out. Follow your impulse is probably a good thing to follow when it comes to modeling.
