Great video 👍💕 The Aussie 3 Minute Miracle moist I've been using that for 20 years when I was natural and when I am relaxed :-) so this is one of my favorite conditioners and you're right the first time I used it I left it on 4 10 minutes I believe and my hair was so moisturizing hydrated I felt like I left it on for hours this is a great conditioner and it's still in my hair care :-)

I have too suffered from protein overload. My favorite protein free deep conditioner is Eden Bodyworks Jojoba Natural Deep Conditioner. It works wonders!

My daughter uses the as I am hydration elation. And she kept telling me to try it out she said oh my Lord Mama it leaves your hair so soft I met since I'm using the co wash:-) will see in the future will see :-)

Got it. I haven't had much experience with that but I've heard that oils like Jamaican Black Castor Oil or the Mane Choice Growth Oil can help with restoring lost edges. If you have traction alopecia you should see a hair professional for advice on treatment.
