Hansa maa please upload a video regarding how to consume pulses and rice and cook them righteously because pulses and rice are cooked in Indian household on daily basis. And also what things should not be consumed with pulses which leads to health issues....

Me have to same problem eat veg only. Avoid spice food, preservative food. Using coconut oil for cooking. Avoid deep fried food. After 1 month you see the result
