Wow! Brilliant footage. Liege is fantastic with the dip in the middle of the runway. The downslope lets the aircraft accelerate then the upslope tilts it up for take off, whilst the upslope on arriving aircraft helps slow them down. The 747 is just beautiful and it is criminal that it is no longer used for passenger travel. The thrill of a 747 flight is unmatched. Surely the 747 could be upgraded with new, super eco fan jet engines within environmental parameters? They are icons! ✈️♥️

If sf airlines is new, then the 747 isn't cause it's a 747-400 which means it's like a second owner aircraft

Why does it always look like the pilots are slamming the 747 into the ground? Although those are actually quite smooth landings...

At the 10 ft radar altimeter call out you hesitate about 1 to 2 seconds then bring all four throttles to idle while holding your pitch. Thats what worked for me in 23 years of 747 flying. When you have a bad day and hammer it on its not that noticeable from the outside as you mentioned but all your shipmates will let you know.
