What a coincidence..Before watching this video my kundalini awakening happened and my body was naturally set up into these 7 poses, i always thought to myself it was awkward and wrong..but after seeing your video i found my path of Kundalini seems right..really eye opening! DABADSHAZAM kundalini is a our true power or a life source which lives in your spine. When it raises to 7 the chakra which is very hard to achieve. You will be able to see the true world the truth of this earth. So called society poverty everything. Anything is possible if your chakras are awaken. You can read the minds of people. You can develop psychic abilities. You can get more knowledge. There will be nothing impossible for you. Cuz kundalini controls your everything. Habits food sexual needs everything. Kundalini happens and one is still here in this body afterwards. I had it all the way up and the energy was slowly decreasing afterwards. When it happend a fire started in the chimney in my house. Firemen came running but all I could do was smiling and being in this tremendous force. I am not enlightened because of this but in short moments we can have enlightenment experiences even though they decrease in power. One of my closest friends had it as well but for him it got stock in his third chakra and it is still causing him problems 20 years later. So it is good to be careful, it possible. For me and my friend it was spontanious so nothing to do about it rather than to enjoy the ride.

Thank you so much this amazing video. What goes through your mind while you are doing these poses? Does your mind have to be clear all the through to be able to see the results? How long does it take you to start seeing at least one change in your spirit and body after doing these poses? Do you have to chant mantras every day and block all the thoughts that come into your mind while doing Kundalini Yoga to be able to see the result?
