Omg😮Nov 2024 under rent control that’s insane. Vacancy control then they’ll decide what our rent is. Wt🤬 Justice for renters Act😢 I wish I could live in ignorance. Im So stunned about all of this.

It sucks owning apartments. People trash buildings constantly and the fix up cost are insane. People can't seem to make enough money to pay their bills so they take it out on the landlord.

NEW IDEA: FREE RENT FOR ALL TENANTS: they just have to pay all Mortgage, insurance, property tax, maintenance, insurance, improvements, gardening, legal fees, accounting, and $300 a month management fee.

Single family residents.... What happens then when you have a mortgage and the rent on the house doesnt even cover the mortgage?

Unfortunately if Justice for Renters passes all houses will be under rent control.

Curious then, what if you own the home and rent out bedrooms at say $600 each...Can they control that when you want to raise rent the next year.... Do you think that is one loophole around it?
