7 Day Family Super Yacht Charter - Chef POV

7 days, a big family charter, and ALL MEALS onboard - it was a busy one! Having kids onboard is always fun, it means everything is a bit more relaxed, the service and food are a bit more casual and this trip we even got to try our hand at WATERMELON CARVING?!

My 8 year old son watched this with me and he wanted to make sure you know when he comes on the boat he would love those fruity carvings and he'd eat all the fruit, the plain pasta, the cinnamon rolls, that awesome looking sourdough and of course the bacon. This was right up his alley. If you see Matthew Sundberg on the guest list, be prepared to carve up some watermelon and boil some noodles...lol

Great video, Nina! I loved seeing the huge variety of food you and Sean put out. The watermelon carvings were adorable.
