My 8 year old son watched this with me and he wanted to make sure you know when he comes on the boat he would love those fruity carvings and he'd eat all the fruit, the plain pasta, the cinnamon rolls, that awesome looking sourdough and of course the bacon. This was right up his alley. If you see Matthew Sundberg on the guest list, be prepared to carve up some watermelon and boil some noodles...lol

Every time i watch these videos i get a hankering for the whole "foodie" experience. It would be great (although very difficult to arrange) to see an interview with a charter client detailing their high points of the charter, along with what they didnt love for whatever reason. That is one vlog i would pay for.

Oh my god, all of that food looks amazing. If I ever manage to get a yacht trip and was asked what I'd like to eat, I'll just point at this video and say...all of that. "would you like some.." Yes Please! Any of it. All of it. :) I would have liked to try that squash puree dish. I've never heard of or had agnolotti before. And my personal favorite of the fruit animal carving wars would be the Pig. Really clever to make a little grill area on it's back.
