Hello from Norway Greg! I have struggles with depression and anxiety which confines be behind these 4 boring walls, And watching your adventures and knowledge in life and fauna and everything inbetween is so refreshing and seeing this video had been released got me locked to the screen for 2 hours 39minutes and 38 seconds. Good luck on your next adventures buddy, im gonna be watching em all!

What sort of life is it being trapped inside? Try to push yourself out from those 4 boring walls. Slowly, but try and keep at it. I was the same, I got medical help, I realised that it’s no life for anyone being trapped inside. Getting out there, achieving getting closer to be able to go on small adventures will release good stuff in your brain, and before you know it, you’ll be out on your own adventures. Make them small ones for the start, just going in the backyard or something even, but try your hardest to get out of the house. It’s hard on your brain being trapped inside
