Honestly, I think what kind of milk you like has more to do with what you're used to than the actual taste. Like, I used to be allergic to milk for the longest time, so we would only get rice milk, and even though I'm not allergic to it anymore, regular milk still tastes really weird to me.

It’s funny cause now that I’m watching this video again after a few years. My two best friends and my step-sister are all vegetarian/vegan (only one of them is vegan). My view of vegetarian/vegans has definitely changed. Especially since my vegan friend isn’t vegan by choice, they grew up vegan. Personally I myself could never go vegan because I am a very picky eater so I don’t want to limit my food choices even more. But I can respect anyone who does.

@Vegan For Animals Given that I’m Autistic and a simple branding change can cause me to not eat a product, yes it is hard to be vegan. Do i believe that meat production is over done and many animals are waisted every year? Yes. But I also believe my well-being shouldn’t be waisted. There are times where all my body will only let me eat is chicken nuggets and to deny my body the one food it will let me eat would cause me to be ever more under weight than I already am? Do you think it’s harder to be vegan or harder to not eat for days because your body will physically reject anything you put in it. If I can respect people for being vegan you can respect me for not being vegan.

I know they didn't like it, but I've actually fully switched to drinking and using oat milk in my daily life. I personally think it's the closest plant milk you can get taste and behaviour-wise to dairy milk (you can't taste the difference in baking, it's great!), is better priced (at least where I live), doesn't spoil as fast, and is better for the environment (especially in comparison to other popular plant milks like soy or almond). Highly recommend!

When I was younger, my dad had to go plant-based (basically vegan except just for food) for some reasons, and I have to say a lot of the food was actually pretty good! I loved the scrambled eggs and hamburgers. I technically wasn't plant-based, as I still ate meat and such, and my dad didn't stay plant-based for the rest of his life. He did learn he was allergic to dairy so he doesn't eat cheese anymore. I'm glad the world is putting out more options for people who are vegan/vegetarian.
