I have been a vegatarian since I was 5 or younger (my brother said I was 1 but I dont think so) but sometimes my mom would by frozen chicken nuggets and they would say chicken in the ingredients list and my mom would say its vegatarian and that it's just marketing and lies, so I doubt that lots of the stuff I ate was vegatarian and also whe said McDonalds was vegatarian but than one day I asked a worker there and they told me it was not. I am a lot more cautious when it comes to the stuff my mom says is vegatarian. In my opinion it only started becoming hard a while ago because I was watching videos and stuff with meat and it looked really good, it started when my cousin and my brother and his freinds made lots of chicken nuggets and they looked great.

I'm a pesketarian (I eat no meat except seafood) and coming from experience of 2 years without eating meat those microwavable burgers were never that good if anyone were to to this challenge I would suggest the brand 'Beyond Meat' it tastes amazing and they have burgers and sausages and ground beef and probably way more that I don't know of and a plus for this challenge is that it's all vegan and gluten free ❤

Your options to go vegan may also just be limited by your budget and location. In the US and Western Europe you have lots of options; not so much in Eastern Europe. I found going lacto ovo vegetarian challenging as is, but so far it does feel like a good, ethical, healthy, and climate conscious compromise between the vegan and meat-eating lifestyles. So for anyone wanting to dip their toes into mainly plant based diets, I would highly recommend going lacto ovo vegetarian!

Oreos: one of the only cookies I can have. also my favorite cookie... other than the vegan cookies that you bake yourself. those are delicious. (I am allergic to the proteins in milk) Reecees puffs: chocolate cereal, with no milk. same for hershies kiss cereal. and cookie crisps. but reecees puffs taste so good. the ones that taste more like chocolate are good, the peanut butter ones are delicious though. also I would have a breeze with this. I already eat a lot of vegan stuff. (I also used to be allergic to eggs, so thats why. I adapted to the taste and it is just too good. also, I do love scrambled eggs.) I just would have to survive on bean burritos and I already do that. also I have had vegan cheese, it is actually pretty good... alone. on a burg it doesn't taste so good. but a GRILLED (vegan) CHEESE SANDWICH! YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS! that is so good I would eat it any day of the w e e k

But maybe if your brother's girlfriend goes camping with you again or just wants s'mores, try to remember to bring some vegan chocolate along. I'm not even vegan, nor do I ever plan to be (I like the taste of meat and dairy products too much and dislike a number of vegetables and beans, so I wouldn't last on a vegan diet), but I myself like to be accommodating for a friend with a special diet when I can. ....Of course, that said, I have no idea how well dark chocolate melts for s'more needs.
