What formula do you use to calculate how many calories do you need to maintain?

I assemble all my dry ingredients for my overnight oats, in 5 jars for the week. Then every night before I go to bed, I grab a jar and add the wet to it. Stir and then stick it in the fridge.

I’d love to know how you store after prepping. Do you freeze or refrigerator?? How many days etc. Because I know sometimes the vegetables can go funny!

Here is the breakdown of the calories per meal!:) Breakfast: 621 kcal, 73 carbs, 43 protein, 17 fat Lunch: 620 kcal, 56 carbs, 48 protein, 25 fat Dinner: 454 kcal, 51 carbs, 51 protein, 6 fat Snacks: Almonds (115 kcal, 4 carbs, 4 protein, 10 fat), Green Apple (95 kcal, 25 carbs, 1 protein, 0 fat) or Banana (105 kcal, 27 carbs, 1 protein, 0 fat), Oatmeal Cookie (1 piece - 112 kcal, 13 carbs, 7 protein, 4 fat)
