Hello, my name is joey. I am 20 years old and live in SC. About 12 years ago, My grandmother on my dads side passed and lived in St Could very close to Reptile World. I remember going there during the few days I had left with my grandmother. I think that although I was only about 7-8 years old, I still understood everything going on on an emotional level and never really got to fully process it. I want to give you a special thank you for having the heart to include such a personal thing about your mother/grandmother in this video and also share the memories you were able to make with your daughter along with releasing a pretty awesome adventure. This brought back many vivid memories I have of visiting the area and also helped me to heal a little bit even though it was so long ago. Thank you.

Hey Zac, blessings to you and your family, best way to eat Talapia is deep fried whole, Gutierrez it, scale it, season on both sizes, if you have a little flower add some to the skin and make about 4 to 5 slices on the sides of the flash so the oil penetrantes the fatestpart of the fish, serve with rice, and beans or salad.

so when you fry plantain, the ripeness is what matters, if you want that to be sweet you gotta let it get softer, the harder it is the more savory it will taste, people eat green plantain as tostones, but i like the sweet ones fried up with cheese (let the skin get close to black for sweet)

Next time you try plantain you should try to cut them in discs , then smash them like you would a clove of garlic . Fry an add some salt an pepper afterwards . I like to dip them in ketchup once finished . Almost like an alternative French fry .
