I wish my son had someone to teach him all this stuff. I'm disabled and with my health conditions, I can't hunt or fish anymore because it's not safe. It makes me sad because He's never been fishing. If you're able to do it, take advantage of every second that you can and share this stuff with your kids. ❤❤

I feel this, my Dad loves camping and fishing but has never been able to take me due to his health complications, luckily my Grandad who happens to be my Dads best friend moved up recently and has allowed me to experience these things.
@jaypaquet395311 ай бұрын
The silver lining is that your son can absolutely still learn all this stuff and more, from many people. With KZbin and Google, there's really no excuse not to learn and know what you want anymore. Just have to be passionate about what you want to learn..I know it's not the same as a personal, intimate one on one with someone, but I am in the bush day and night to live and survive... And I love it. This video is luxury compared to my life, but it's enough for most. In fact seven days is impossible for most haha I feel for you. I couldn't imagine not being able live in the forest and explore and fish or physically teach my son those things.

if you're in Florida anywhere between lake Monroe and Jacksonville or along the east coast area I'm about to do an outdoor water adventure. I've been teaching people sailing, bushcraft and survival skills for many years. He's welcome to join up with us for any part of this journey. If you look on my channel there's some videos of the last journey I did over 200 miles through the crocodile preserves near key largo and biscayne bay. The only thing I won't be teaching is Christianity. I have good morals but don't subscribe to any religion. I'll be keeping constant contact with my sister giving her my float plan every chance I get and I'll be documenting the trip on my channel. I'm bringing plenty of solar power and there will be two guys, a dog and two sailing canoes.
