they only take a maximum damage of 1/3 of their hp, if you make them loop around they can die from fall damage

Here is some useful info I found out about traders, when you sell to a trader they will only take 3 stacks of an item or 3 items of 1 stack. So always sell your higher level gear before you sell your lower level, you get more dukes that way. Hope that helps brother. I caught up on most of your episodes and R.I.P Pumba.

Put some scattered hatches or bars beside the stairs on the stairwells toward the centre to prevent jumpers from leaping up. Plus they won’t damage them much so you shouldn’t have to reinforce them. And obviously not too close to the other hatches so the horde doesn’t step up on them. Just a thought Glock. Fun content otherwise, thanks!

If you do put hatches in the doorways for every floor, surely you'd run into issues with getting stuck outside of the stairwell where your main defenses are set up. You could do a different defense setup for each floor. That would be kind of cool. Like blade traps on one floor, dart trap maze on another, etc. The only problem with that setup is it would take forever to amass the amount of materials required to craft all that stuff.

You could put bars as a temp floor for each of the stairwell levels. Theyll be out of the way from the zkmbies on the stairs stuck kn the hatches, so they shouldnt be taking much damage, and it should stop some of the spiders from jumping up

I always smash up all iron shelves I see. They are a good supply of iron for my forge. And that working stiff tools is full of them. And the air conditioning ducks on the roof tops.

After watching the 5x5 Challenge, I wonder if (in future hordes) you could use the ladder in the stairwell trick with sledgehammer turrets to battle cops and demolishers. You figure a fall from the top flight of stairs will either trigger or kill them.

Series suggestion: wasteland survival. Home and horde base in the wasteland, one life. Maybe a 7 day grace period for starting out and allowing deaths before you begin. Morning of day 8 you pack up where you start from and move to wasteland. Warrior difficulty.

One thing about that mining book is that it is not just for underground collapse it goes for all falling blocks. So if by any miracle the tower does collapse while your in it you will take less damage from it, other wise you go squoosh.

The cripple em mod is op G. If you have a bridge/walkway type killing area with a few bars every few blocks just to slow em down and not stop em you can hold em off all night with an M60 taking single shots. I don't even think you have to shoot their legs to get the effect.

Every floor can be a trap corridor that wraps back to the stairwell. You could design it in what ever way suits the existing architecture of the respective floor and lead them through at will. Whatever you do will be swell, though imho.

Idea for a new series, wasteland survivor. Only live in the wasteland biome and try to survive as long as possible. Every night is like a mini-horde night in cities, they just keep coming. That biome is proper nasty, but the loot boost is awesome.

On another note some vertical blade traps on the bars at the end of the stairs would do some decent chopping, i mean you did mention new creative ways...and this will definitely work at least until the demolishers show up. Still haven't figured our a solid way to deal with those suckers.

I mean for something fresh and funny you could make a crazy tight rope obstacle course with jumps and like fences and corners etc maybe some sledges to push them off as well so the zombies have to jump and run across narrow ground tight corners and fall down all while you causally shoot at them from safety commentating (ie roasting them) on their hilarious efforts as ultimate ninja zombie contestants Maybe in a box suspend above the ground with a certain micro corner block placed a certain way that is impossible to hit without explosions with the same durability as a full block

Z don't take anymore huge damage from falling! (previous release do it) I make a giant hole to bedrock and they don't die (the only trick is they are together and so explosiv are usefull in this case:nade,molotov,rocket frag)

Hey Glock not sure that you care to address it but I think the Zed's see that areas in the wall as a path because of the ruble on the outside working as a ramp. You may try removing the ruble at those two spots if it matters to you. Great episode as always and look forward to the next one.

I think the zombie fall damage is capped at like 15%, so you'd have to do multiple rounds of fall damage to kill them

I think in A.20 they changed fall damage for zombies. As I understand it, formula calculate fraction of there remaining health as fall demage... so in theory they can not die from fall....
