Tbh its so strange to see how 7 days to die used to look like and how much of it has changed over the years. I heard about this game in 2014 and I got it on my PS4 around 2018 and now I got it on PC on this years Christmas and tbh I still love this game, I already got 200+ hours on it.

This brings back memorys, if 7 days had a proper story mode, i feel this would be a great ending theme for the game. I got this game when it first came out and i've clocked nearly 2k hours in it. I do miss some things from the early days,like the hornets and the really creepy ambient sounds, like the baby screaming and the truck trying to reverse.... IMO the game was creepier back in the day, i'm not say you can't get a good jump scare now, just that it was different. (and theres nothing wrong with that)

For those saying the 7 Days to Die music and the 28 Days Later music are similar, let me compare each one with visual imagery, 28 Days Later: Has a depressing note. This is the song you would hear as the last sanctuaries of humanity fell to the virus, when you've been infected but there's no cure.. 7 Days to Die: (Picture this in your head) As the music begins, you see a hoard of zombies sprinting down the streets, approaching you as you stand valiantly. At 1:05 you begin destroying the zombies as they trample and mob around you, you shotgun some, beat off others with the butt of it, just being a badass.. At 1:53 you weren't fast enough, and one bit you. You look in realization that you won't survive, and it fills you with grief. At 2:10, you harden up, and resume the fight with devastating accuracy, using your handgun to slay the rest. At 2:43, you won the battle, they're all dead.. And so you will be too. You collapse on the streets, face down, as the virus claims your life...

I never played this game because my pc cannot handle it, but I watched a youtube channel in 2014, it was two friends recording gameplays of the game. Their series had like more than 500 episodes, it was so funny and I've watched every single one of them. When I was 8 or 9 years old, this game along with Minecraft and Left 4 Dead 2 were the games that I had on my PC, it was alpha 4.1, I had not bought them (legally), because I had downloaded them from a video, but outside of that, the game was pretty good, maybe I'll give it another try and see what's new. with my almost 16 years (by the way, I confirm that the youtube algorithm is crazy for recommending this to me, bruh)

28 days later theme, brings more of a weird rage and hollow feel, this one is more like a hope theme in sense, idk why but i feel like this would be good in a way of "hope in the zombie apocalypse" while the 28 days later theme was more "no hope, violence is the only way." kind of theme. i like this one and there is a difference between the two.
