49:05 in the timeline, you were out of stone arrows, but you had 6 iron arrows. To switch between ammo types, while the bow is equipped, press and hold the R key, and select the iron arrow. That would have given you 6 more arrows. Advice: Keep items on your toolbelt repaired, and in a convenient slot that you are comfortable. Keep garbage out of your inventory, garbage as defined as things you don't need early game, and things that do not benefit you now. :)

35:11 in the timeline you were reacting to the frame drop. To improve performance, press F1 to open console, then type (without quotes) "weather snow 0", then press [ENTER], "weather snowfall 0", "weather rain 0", lastly, "weather fog 0", this should drastically improve your FPS. I'm on a mid-range system, so I have to do the same thing. I'm playing normal to reduced quality as well. You'll have to renter those commands because they are not permanent; as well when you reload the game. To reset it back to it's defaults type in "weather defaults"

I am pretty sure that my pc should be able to handle the game just fine without the FPS drops, Asus Strix RTX 3080 12gb, 32gb RAM and Ryzen 9 5900X CPU, streaming from the same pc and hosting the other player on the game.

@@ThatFoolishGrrl I'm on a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor, ~3.59 Ghz. Not sure how much RAM it has.
