In this simple video, free for all, quite without any intention to reveal some awsome cosmic truths, from one beautiful lady is presented the essence of meditation and wisdom from many yoga teachers and gurus. I believe that truth is like that and you can find it in normal everyday things. Thanks for posting.

Thank you Ester...this is a very nicely explained description of dhyana. I think the slightly negative comments left here are left by people who have not had much experience of the feelings and states that can be experienced through the practise of yoga and meditation. Just keep practising and you will see. I started doing yoga years ago and never learned any of the theory until fairly recently. In my experience most of the things explained in the theory came to me simply by practising the asanas, although there are certain aspects of the theory i wish i had learned earlier.

Hi Esther, I'm very engaged by your uploads-practical and spiritual. I have to be honest, the explanation of Dhyana here feels vague, it is really hard to even begin to grasp what is meant. I haven't seen all the video s in this collection- but in contrast the one on Samadhi was great and really gave insight. I don't know if you have a reply but I at least wanted to let you know how it was to receive this teaching/s. Best, Priya
