Thank you for the brilliant talk. I've been starting to use Pratyahara in everyday life, to help with PTSD. When I pull my focus inward, or even just away from outside world to body awareness, I truly feel relief. I also sense I'm reclaiming energy. Feels so good!

I have been practicing yoga for more than ten years but my practice is stagnate I need to familiarize myself with the terms because I start learning the theory, the names and I end up distracted with other things around my busy life. [ I am a mother of two kids, one has autisme and have no family around and my friends are busy with theirs lives], and I have only done asanas, pranayama, meditation and of course I breathe yoga too, but I want to learn more, much more. Thank you again for another beautiful and useful video.

Hi thanks for these talks. I've always felt relaxed and serene while go under water either at the public baths or even at home. I guess it's a form of sense withdrawal. Do you think there's any yogic logic to under water swimming? Mind you don't do asana if your ear is still fuĺl of water.

So push all atention towards the spine, and "invite" your energy or focus towards that, as a countermeasure to feeling sensations. Is the prior sentence an accurate representation of how to perform the practice of pratyahara?

Trust me guys, you don't even know what it means. I think a lot of Western Yogis understand yoga as a belief system, whitch is not, it's fully experiancal
