Hi, Jason. Your video has proven quite valuable to me at this moment. I have a background of working a 9-5 job for two years, primarily focused on selling physical products through Etsy. I made the decision to leave my job and embark on my Etsy journey, but unfortunately, my 1-year Etsy account was suspended just a month ago. Still not wanting to quit yet, I decided to launch my own Shopify store, specializing in selling mugs, ornaments, and personalized gifts. Additionally, I created a profile on Koji to sell printable stickers. My ultimate goal is to establish a small business where I have the freedom to pursue my passions. However, I have yet to get my first customer in this endeavor. I never learned to do marketing before. I genuinely hope that you'll consider creating more videos on online marketing strategies and customer acquisition techniques, especially those that rely on free sources. I am a subscriber and I appreciate your videos. I am a graphic designer with a ton of experience. I have owned a successful design firm for 25+ years, I have all of the digital tools at my disposal and, since I am planning on retiring in the next 5 years, I have time. What I don't have is a way of narrowing the many (many) options you (and others) suggest for a side business to supplement my income. I want to set up passive income now so that IU can continue to do what I love and am good at - while freeing up personal time. I can make very creative solutions of all kinds, but am not interested in video or classes or complex projects. I am good with using AI, but would like to stay in the static digital downloads arena. You had an example in one of your videos of someone who sold digital downloads of quotes over images (which I can no longer find you have a lot of videos!) that I thought was an interesting approach for me, but much more creative in the final products. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated.

I’ve been inspired on the digital product realm for a few years but haven’t really taken off. I’ve had a few sales here and there but not sure how to get to the next level. I stumbled upon creative fabrica in 2020 while taking care of my Mom 24/7 when she had pulled ligaments in her leg. I love that site but get overwhelmed with all of the ideas that can be used from it. I’ve been caregiving for several years and have a friend who had a stroke in 2018 who is now in assisted living at around $7000 per month who has run out of money. I’d like to help her while also providing for myself. I keep thinking this is a way that would help provide but I am stuck. I have thought about hiring a mentor who has been very successful at this but also can’t really afford one. My hope is that someone who is successful would help and take a percentage of the profit as their fee. Thanks for your videos, they are very helpful.

I've had a lotta bad luck lately and am in a bad spot, but with ample time! So I'm trying to leverage AI to create digital products. It’s not easy. I suffer from very bad anxiety and depression and am stuck right now in life. I struggle with working a 9 - 5 and even finding a job. So I’m definitely trying to make an online business to make cash but it’s tough. My shop on Etsy hasn’t even been noticed yet. I started around the end of last month.

Hang in there, you need to know that it generally takes at least 90 days or so for the Etsy algorithm to pick up on your page' s offerings. So focus on two things right now, get your SEO to the best level that you can, and continue to upload product to your shop. Also, it's very important to have really good thumbnail pictures of your merchandise..... it's what determines if someone will click on your product. Each day is a new day to start fresh..... you can do this, believe in yourself, yes it's hard & frustrating at first, any new venture is..... but you're in this for the long haul, don't give up before the miracle happens. Hello, I enjoyed your video. I am a disabled senior on a fixed monthly income that desires additional income to help with meds and food. I have searched and searched for sometime I can do to earn. I haven’t had any luck. Everyone wants me to buy a program or course. There are two problems with this, one I can’t afford to purchase a course, eat and buy my meds. Second I have cognitive issues so what I read today will probably be gone tonight. These look really good but I don’t think I have the mental aptitude to get one set up. Thanks for making content that's actually helpful and not B.lue S.kying. Too many think these $10g a month shops happened overnight...even with digital downloads, you still need to put in the time and effort up front to see the long term results down the road.

It's all perspective. You aren't wrong in any of your statements or ideas, but it's mostly geared towards people with 0 money and a lot of time. Intentionally or unintentionally encourages people to gravitate towards low quality businesses that have don't have exit potential. I've found it's less about which market you enter and more about how you make the customer feel and delivering above their expectations. If you under promise and over deliver they'll be a customer for life. I'll play devils advocate here For white labeling on FBA products, higher barrier to entry because you need the capital and the patience so much less if any competition, if you have lots of money to spend on ADs your product should do numbers. Digital products 100% have higher profit margins, however with any industry the lower barrier to entry the more you absolutely have to stand out in your quality and delivery. With amazon white labeling if I'm the only one I have AT LEAST a 6 month head start before someone can do the same thing, so I am the only hotdog cart in front on Yankee stadium for 6 months. I'll collect what I can and move onto the next thing The knowledge that you drop here is impressive in your ability to be concise, thank you for the upload. I really liked the template
