Great video!! Lots of fun ideas. 🙂I would not recommend music prints, however - using someone else's intellectual property for profit is copyright infringement and you'll be risking legal action. Yes, many shops do it and get away with it, but they won't forever (and it's generally not a cool thing to do).
@TimKoa7 ай бұрын
Thanks for pointing this out Malyssa! After doing more research, you're completely right. Seems like music copyright laws are especially strict and there's no fair use exemptions like with other industries. Definitely would avoid it now as it would be a matter of time before your shop gets shut down.

This video is so helpful and well-explained! I really appreciate the time you took to break down each idea with examples and practical advice. The focus on skill-building and standing out instead of just copying others really resonated with me. If I’m between a few niches that interest me, how would you recommend narrowing it down to the best one to start with?

Is it smarter to run one shop for multiple ideas or better to run different shops for different ideas? Like if I want to sell planners but that includes study planners, budget planners, wedding planners etc is it better to create a separate shop for each category or is it better to put it all in one shop
@TVRUN0015 ай бұрын
Well, since they focus on a single or similar niche such as planners, I would suggest putting them in one single shop and there are various reasons behind it. Starting, it’s simpler, it reduces the work you have to put into making different shops and promoting all of them, part of selling is to not overwhelm the customers and I also suggest this because people generally do not prefer navigating to different stores for specific products when they can get them in one place. Probably also the reason companies like Amazon make a lot of sales. Next, it helps your business. if done rightly without overwhelming the customer, you can make a customer impulse purchase your product by providing options, people tend to want to try a taste of ‘every option’ so it’s highly likely that you will get good sales if it’s easier for the customer to get your product.

Interesting, but note that these shop he takes as proof are the highest selling - so of course you "can" possibly make money with digital products and the one best sellers makes that amount, but it is not very likely you would earn anything, if you start off new. Also that is just revenue - you don´t know, what they had to spend on advertising and fees. Also this is not very passive - you have to do much advertising and marketing to get the top spot...

I want to know that do people buy food and drinks recipes from a website online ? . How about creating a digital product on a website and selling it as a food and drink recipe ? . Will people buy a food and drink recipe from a website as a digital product ? . What is the point of view regarding this ? . Any suggestions ? . Thank You .

Hi! I love cooking and baking and sometimes make money from it. The thing about recipes is that there are too many free resources out there ie youtube and I (and most cooks and bakers I know) prefer to test the recipes and see if it is any good and worth keeping. Recipes are also very subjective, my recipe and way of cooking it may differ from other cooks and bakers. If you watch cooking and baking channels in youtube, there will almost always be a recipe down in their description or links to a website for the recipe. I think that it does not only apply to food recipes but also to drinks as well. I hope this feedback helps.

Please don't promote AI generated art! I'm sure you don't have ill intentions. But please consider that artists already have it hard competing with big brands. It's also the first expense people will save on and a lot of people are not willing to pay to artists' worth. AI generated artwork is a big issue with artists who do custom work.
@TimKoa7 ай бұрын
Totally agree Reira. I'd choose artist-created over AI art any day. I definitely don't recommend it, but it's a big thing that's happening right now and Etsy is allowing at the moment so I do talk about it.
@blastereosloud7 ай бұрын
Who cares? If you want a product that an artist doesn’t or hasn’t created but someone had a vision to create through AI, why would you care? That’s like telling Target and Walmart or Amazon to shut down and ask people to stop promoting it because they can buy similar products from small businesses but pay more. Guess what, sometimes, particularly now with cost of living going up, people don’t or can’t afford to be paying more because it’s handmade. I’m tired of artists saying stop promoting AI when AI IS THE FUTURE. Get on board and adapt like society has literally done with everything else in this world that changes.
