@targetedandfiring43363 жыл бұрын
I understood it as hotels are home to spiders who weave webs made out of literal silver. With the man who lives on the top floor in charge of harvesting the silver from the spider. The man requires Antivenom because of the risk that is involved with harvesting the silver, but gets to enjoy tons of riches and or might have even been changed by the constant exposure to the spider venom (ie. the venom slows the rate that he ages / the venom mixed with the antivenom gives him eternal life in exchange for a grotesque appearance and having to retake the antivenom constantly) The one who supplies the antivenom to the old man is the government (who are the elevator repair people) who recognize the infinite source of funds for what it is and try to make it their primary goal to ensure the spiders are well maintained and cause as little havoc as possible to regular people.

Fun fact: to my admittedly very fallible knowledge; as far as I'm aware, if you spend more than 10 days in water, your skin absorbs so much it can sorta just slop off like a spongey sludge.
@ayekay96332 жыл бұрын
Why
@lunar93422 жыл бұрын
@@ayekay9633 Well, as best as I understand it, because our skin is absorbent, and it is damaging to allow it to absorb too much too quickly. Again, I'm not certain if it's true. Research it yourself if your curious. My information comes from a channel on KZbin and some very shallow, brief, and incomplete google research session. Look up Brew. I think that's the channel with the story I'm thinking of. They do trivia videos related to unfortunate accidents, cool advancements, and more.

Creepy story and odd stories stirring old memories. Altho I was too old for it and my parents always to poor when I was young, I definately have seen the cheaper competator which never really took off of Chester's Kid's Zone. Creepy looking even from the outside. Tho even the Chuckies seemed creepy the one time I had been in there finally for a classmates birthday. Especially the anamatronics. Tho Ive never before or since had that reaction. So imagining a dirty neglected knockoff, especially the tubes which I was too old to go into- but once told how nasty full of urine and vomit they could be as hyper kids crawed through it draging it around the tube but never properly cleaned, I was very happy I was restrained from going in. I had vivid images of other horrors lurking in there unseen even then after being told this. As it never again looked so inviting and became more of a place to get trapped or hurded in horrors unseen
