As a female ENTJ, I view maintaining relationships as an executive function that is goal oriented. At the same time, criticism doesn’t bother me. ENTJ are self confident. I don’t think we dwell on the past or undercut or strategic thinking with self recrimination. Maybe female ENTJ s are less aggressive and abrasive. I don’t suffer fools gladly and I think faster and more clearly than the people I interact with. Pissing people off is not productive and undercuts our goals.

Once upon a time, my ENTJ self had a mental health crisis and ran away for a Californian beach. I stopped in Denver to look at the mountains and got stuck there. A year and a half later, I returned to Johnson County Kansas. While in Denver, I must have been nothing but dark side. I ridiculed all of the bullies that reminded me of the one that traumatized me in my youth. Take it from me, street people are not as smart as business people. Duh. I know. Right. But I just couldn't believe how easy it was for me to exploit every single bully I tried to, every time I tried. I only ever won. This was partially because all the emotional abuse I made it through was more difficult than anything they had faced in their lives. But the whole time I was exploiting bullies, I was acting in dark side ENTJ ways. If you haven't had a period of dark side time, maybe it just hasn't happened yet. Mine was associated to PTSD I think. I hope you never go through it. Unless it's just a part of how our personality grows or gets stronger. Than I would hope you grow. Cheers.

As being an ENTJ-A I do not believe any of them. Maybe #6? But the rest are so senseless, worthless points I have nothing to do with them. Maybe false-ENTJs? Or “maybe” ENTJ-T? But I don’t think the true ENTJ-A has any of those dark sides. Hell no… ENTJ-A’s are very sturdy animals they never lose their “self”. This analysis was probably made by a non-ENTJ because they are simply wrong I cannot relate to me in any ways except for #6 and that’s because other people are normally so illogical, unreasonable, sentimental and inconsistent it just draws me crazy. Otherwise, not even the #6. So maybe you should think about posting this down or something. It’s super inaccurate. Sorry I had to throw a bomb but I couldn’t resist… I cannot stand wrongful information.

16personalities is a sham which you have been fooled by, hook line and sinker. it's a Big Five test disguised as an 'MBTI' test (and it's very, very poor for testing either of those typologies, by the way!) and your letters only mean: 1. you're extroverted 2. you're open 3. you're disagreeable 4. you're conscientious and 5. you're confident that's literally all there is to it. you're very likely a mistype.

Every type seems to have some exponentiation why others are flawed, and how they should change to be more palatable to them. For example; Fe types telling us we need to be more sensitive to other peoples feelings in order to be more "healthy", regardless if doing so is relevant to the task at hand.

The ENTJ's primary function is Te, (and probably why we are here gathering information). With the shadow functions, (unconscious) the, E/I are flipped. The video didn't explain that well. The unconscious ENTJ is actually an INTP Ti, Ne, Si, Fe. "Unconscious", not to be confused with "Subconscious".
