@@stacymaurer3129 Yes, my heels are healed indeed. And the roughness is going away - they're softening more and more all the time. I'd say they're about 95% there now after about 6 months. I had 4 days of it.. felt like the worst flu ever.. my blood sugar dropped, making me feel nauseas, weak and SOOO tired; slept like 12 hours each day), but then I was fine afterwards and never been better since) 2. I skip breakfast (only eat lunch and dinner, with no snacking between) 3. I take quality supplements (not the cheap stuff you get at your local store). Try iHerb store online. I credit my recovery mostly to milk thistle, but I also take D3, multivitamins and other supplements related to healing the liver (burdock root, berberine and some others.. just watch Dr. Berg's videos about what's good for your liver) As a bonus, I have lost about 25kg during this 6 months. So I cut out gluten and dairy and started intermittent fasting (thanks to Dr Berg), which stopped the pain and the swelling reduced considerably (I had what looked like a cortisol belly which has since reduced). Dr. Berg - a person of TRUST
@bakhita60852 ай бұрын
❤Dear Dr. Eric Berg do not worry about what other people say. Regardless of what you do or say. People will say what they want to say anyway and most of that is negative and pessimistic. People always speak negatively or downright evil about things that they don't understand.Remember envious, jealous and narcissist people will deflect their insecurities and ignorance on anybody who is trying or doing good for others. Keep doing the great job that you're doing. It's really helping us. We live you. ❤

1:11 That's why I feel so awful when I run sometimes. Even when I'm in a resting state it'll come on. I'm glad I know now Dr. Berg🤝🏼

Sorry about making two nearly identical posts back to back with my views on some of the big food companies. My first post on that disappeared then reappeared later. Anyway, Dr. Berg's advice has ALWAYS turned out to be very beneficial for me and my family. I'm SO glad his sound advice has greatly helped my spouse and my brother when the doctors did nothing but throw medicine at (which actually made them worse off!) what was only a vitamin deficiency. Thank God for Dr. Berg! I wish him the best ALWAYS!

I had the fullness feeling under my rib cage. I was afraid it was my liver being inflamed. I started carnivore diet back in May and by July the feeling went away.

"You're not a real doctor".....I love that you embrace this mislabeling, not caring what nonsense BIG FOOD or BIG PHARMA says about you but pushing forward with educating and thus empowering people to take their health into their own hands. Thank You! Even as an RN who knows how powerful lifestyle "medicine" can be, this video was REALLY helpful to me.

(Europe - Denmark) I was diagnosed with fatty liver with a CT-scan from complaining about fullness/pain in the right side. Doctor told me that most people have fatty liver these days and not to worry about it. That's more or less a recipe for disaster from what i've come to find out from "doing my own research" - which is frown upon these days.

Long time Dr. Berg fan here. Just popping in to say I LOVE the new tone of this video. You're taking the offensive approach rather than being on defense. That's the way to go. 🤌🏻 Keep it up, Dr. B. We got your back.
