I personally think when in doubt boot it out is one of the most important things u can do as a defender.

As long as you know when and how to do it and don’t just boot it every time it comes to you. Once you’ve mastered it it kind of ties in to being more calm and composed on the ball

what I like to do something is when I'm on the sidelines and I'm cornered I like to hit it off the other guy's legs at an angle for the free throw-in and make a play from there. Normally works out pretty well but I mess up sometimes and hit it out of bounds

I started playing football at the age of 8 and I have played every position even gk. But i always liked playing forward or mid, but now am thinking of being a defender. Am actually pretty good at every position but I am starting to enjoy playing defense, and ya am actually very good at defending. No one defeat can me in 1v1. I am actually a little skinny and am only 14. My weight is 43 kg but when I push someone with my body they just fall down idk y. Am good at passing, and always lead my team.
