Thank you for sharing and informing us. I eat all those fruits except banana, I replaced it with mango. Balance is key in eating and lowering the high calorie items. Eat the basic 5 groups in moderation. I am 5' 1" and maintain 106-109lbs with 1500 cal/day. Know your body, the vessel carrying you on this journey home. Balance body, heart, mind and spirit. Be grateful.
