Anyone else feel the same way? I used to think detoxing meant starving myself on crazy diets, but this video really showed me that true detoxing comes from eating the right foods. If so, give me a like 🙌 It's amazing how natural ingredients like lemon and green tea can make such a big difference in how I feel every day.

Although you may be correct, (nobody), wants to ride on the bandwagon of ignorance. This is in (no way) insinuating that (you) are ignorant, it is just human nature. ie, the (only) child (brave) enough to (raise their hand), in a classroom of other children (afraid) to do the same. I too thought, and felt the same way as you, but now this video has given me a new perspective on detoxifying the body safely.

I love ginger. Especially crystallized!! Also cardenum and cinnamon in chai tea latte. Starbuck’s chia tea latte is the best. It is perfect. Oh, and I especially like ginger snaps. I buy low sugar. Spice up your life!! Do not eat same old stuff!!!

Watermelon should only be eaten by itself. Eating with other foods will not allow the other foods to digest properly.
