Anyone else feel the same way? I used to think detoxing meant starving myself on crazy diets, but this video really showed me that true detoxing comes from eating the right foods. If so, give me a like 🙌 It's amazing how natural ingredients like lemon and green tea can make such a big difference in how I feel every day.

Although you may be correct, (nobody), wants to ride on the bandwagon of ignorance. This is in (no way) insinuating that (you) are ignorant, it is just human nature. ie, the (only) child (brave) enough to (raise their hand), in a classroom of other children (afraid) to do the same. I too thought, and felt the same way as you, but now this video has given me a new perspective on detoxifying the body safely.

If you go with almonds, soak in tepid water to remove the skin. The skin on almonds are anti nutrients. They block the absorption of certain nutrients in the body. They can actually cause a deficiency.
