it doesn't have to be bad - is the beef (or meat) lean or not? ground bison for example is an excellent choice - is the cheese processed? rather than singles use something like blue cheese or real cheddar - is the bun made with bleached and refined flour or something a bit more wholesome and grainy - many calories will come from condiments, so rather than ketchup have tomatoes instead and keep the ketchup, mayo, mustard and sauce to a bare minimum... - rather than have a side of fries have a salad - instead of a soft drink, a glass of water

eat eggs, beef, venison, lamb, for protein. eat less pork. try substituting fish sometimes instead of chicken or turkey. don't underestimate fish, its very high in minerals, especially sardines and salmon, and your body needs minerals. for carbs, don't sweat it. just pick something thats halfway healthy, like potatoes or beans or 7- grain bread, don't eat the empty calorie stuff like white bread or salty snack food. eat root vegetables and cooked greens with your meat, they contain a lot of nutrients your body needs. Everything I'm saying is pretty basic stuff, you don't have to do tons of research or stress it if you want to build a stronger and healthier body. In my opinion you cant put on muscle mass and build a stronger body without building a healthier body as well, the two go hand in hand.

Eat protein, and complex carbs 4 times a day. Those base proteins include lean chicken, lean beef, and fish high in omega-3 fatty acids. Workout 5 times a week 1.5hrs a session. Sleep 5-8 hrs day nap if you can .5-1hr per day. Abstain from getting drunk. Out of the 5 workout days, be sure to include cardio for 1hr. 2 hrs if you have a desk job. By eating food high in nutrients you should notice gains in 3 weeks. Bodybuilding to me is a lifestyle of eating and living healthy without being pressured, but by making wise choices when selecting what you put into your body.

Take aways: a. Protein: 30-40 gms per day for an average 180 pounds (80Kgs) man. spaced out throughout the day and leucine in between the meals Meat protein is good, anything that is animal protein is good. Dairy protein is good. b. Carbs: Carb:Fibre ratio = 5:1 ... low glycemic index carbs in the morning, we can have higher ones after workouts c. Fats: Unsaturated fats are good and we can use them to replace carbs in the breakfast for better results. d. Vitamins: essential e. Salt: not to worry. Salt is necessary for drawing water into muscle cells to make them swell. f. Cheating: Allowed for special occasions. Just get right back into your diet.

You just need to understand what amount of weight, reps and sets to do to stimulate hypertrophy and just a lot of protein and fat, shit I ate a lot of carbs too...simple. it's muscle building or strength building or muscle endurance building, there's simple weight, reps and sets to do, to gain them. -Just fucking work your muscles until you think you did enough. You are tired and you leave the gym weak and exausted -Bench -Squat -Deadlift -PowerClean -Hill sprints/sprints (my favorite cardio exercise for burning many calories) -These exercises work the majority of your major muscles. -Curls, skull crushers, calf raises, abs ect should come second (In My Opinion) -Drink water throughout the day and nothing else except a cup of shitty black coffee or tea (remember, no additional things to process your food/drink) -Work your best to your ability in any state of physical ability. Fuel your body with what grows on the earth and roams the earth, (it's rawest state, the less processed the better). And come back for some more IRON BABY!! =||||==👊😠👊==||||= Modern civilization has changed many of our minds and simple processed foods can cause addiction.. Adding sugar, condiments, toppings, frying in oils ect. Eat basic raw foods and work your ass off just like any human before civilization. If they weren't swole, they were usually ripped if they were fed well! It's your choice. Grind through the week with your boring fuel and have a nice cheat meal on the weekend and look great, or enjoy your tasty food througout the week but frown in the mirror in the morning when your fat starts to creep up on your body.

Casein which is the protein that is found in milk products is supposed to be one of the main feeders of cancers in the diet. Sugar as well is supposed to be feeders cancer but the casein in dairy is supposed to assist the cancer growth. Information Cleveland Clinic from their intergrative medicine classes.

I'm 21 arrived here towards the end of February, as we speak I weigh 242lbs I think which is roughly (110kg). My aim is to stay consistent throughout the year with my diet and working out 4/5 days a week. I think I've noticed a change in my back because I consistently use bench and Incline dumbbell. I am now prioritising overhead dumbbell press, deadlift as well as back extension. Will come back here to update you guys year for year possibly

Just a side note I tend to eat 3 pieces of fried chicken by itself from my local chicken shop without chips, probably unhealthy but protein is protein Iny my opinion I may cut it out next year but yeah. I'm strengthbuilding at the moment laying the groundwork for next year. I don't take whey 0rotein by the way since I don't work and it's too expensive, hopefully by next year I will have a better diet. Be working a good job and have made significant progress as I return back to University this year. AMEN AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL

+Patrick Olivier honestly it helped me. i work a busy job for a decent amount of hours so i can only eat so much on a given day at work. hence the mass gainer. i supplement between meals because its easier than stopping what im doing to crack open a tupperware container of food. im at 200 from being 150 so it helped me. everyone grows different and has different routines and habits. what doesnt work for A may work for B.

Some information makes sense. Although dairy, microwave & meat will not make one healthy. Veggies are main source of proteins, not meat. Interesting about what you eat in the morning sets up burning it for the day: I read about it before. Also that muscles are build if they swell so hydrate yourself & add sodium - great explanation.

@@kazhussaini6475 I suggest you do your research. Dairy is poison. People never lived longer than today. And in the past yes people might have been healthier due to better live style. Not because of dairy but despite dairy. People were way more active, eating healthier foods (no gmo etc..), had better social lifes, less stress etc..

@@thewambamfam252 having PhD doesn't make an honest guy by default. Meat diary and tobacco industry spend billions funding studies to prove their products are good for you. In fact it's much harder to find someone to support you and give you a lab if you go against them!
