We applied much of this in running a highly successful print and graphics business; planned the day for every worker before they arrived; allowed them freedom to have drinks and variation breaks anytime; paid for high quality delivered lunch packs. We were so relatively successful that all 20 competitors we had at the start all went out of business; our staff were the happiest and we were the most efficient and effective.

Few notes to add: 1. Sleeping is key 😴 2. Lay off the phone / limit your own usage time! 3. Everything is much harder regardless how much do you plan if you have ADHD 😢 4. Extremely difficult if you also deal with depression 🥺 5. Get out and be on fresh air and be on sunlight- even if you don’t want to. ☀️ ( 10-15 minutes to start can make a difference!!!) 6. STOP EATING SUGAR!!! 🤢 Good luck 🙂

1. Plan yr day, the day before 2. Have a work uniform easy to mix and match 3.mealplan, eat less and healthier more plants and water 4. move yr body, run and weight training - consistency beats intensity 5.bedtime routine: 3, 2, 1h before work finished, food, digital tools/ choose meditation/ journaling instead - hotel bedroom feeling, invest in a beautiful environment. 6.energizing environment: people, social media we follow, what do we watch, listen to and read, physical and digital spacees. 7. Balance work qnd really rest. Rejuvenate. Disconnect and just be, daily! E.g. fish an hour daily without bait. Or being simply totally in the present moment. 8. Express gratitude. Who shaped you? Call them and let them know.... voice important.

Cold showers really seem to help clear my mind and give me focus. Only blast myself for 30 seconds in the mornings but really works well for me personally. Not the most pleasant thing but seems our body’s adapt quite quickly. Then I get deeper meditations immediately after. Looked it up, guess monks have been doing it for 100’s of years. Love the suggestion with the sleeping 3-2-1. Something I need to work on for sure is my sleep habits, they need a lot of work. 😅

I deffo use some of these habits, but I plan for the week, or the month. I have always worn a “uniform” aka the same thing every day, but making a decision what to wear the next day can be exhausting. Wear the same few staples. Meal planning, naw. I like the variety and when I plan half the time I don’t eat it anyway. I definitely lean towards the Andrew Huberman morning routine that has been the best for me sprinkled in with the dash of Dr. Jordan Peterson. Great video thank you! Oh! Kill ALL social media, forget the gym membership and get resistance bands and use what’s free around you. Playgrounds are everywhere, invest in excellent shoes and use what you have.

Very nice video full of good advice. If I were going to make an improvement suggestion, it would be omitting or replacing the monotonous background tones in your future videos. We are all different, and enjoy different sounds - to me, they are highly unpleasant to listen to. If no one else has remarked on this, then it is only me, and you should not change anything. I just wanted to let you know how I experienced your video, which is otherwise very professionally made. Thank you for the advice.

Riding a bicycle is a great way to exercise. Ebikes are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan. Be healthier and happier. Ride a bicycle regularly.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

I liked your tips here and your voice and tone is nice, but it was difficult to listen to. I was feeling stressed halfway through because of the repetitive nature of the backing track was overtaking my ability to listen to what you were saying, like an alarm clock going off with no snooze button. It’s distracting. Ironically, you mentioned that Satanist that invited people to sit in “silence”. It would be nice to be present with just your message with silence in the background. 🙏🏻

Unless you work 20 hours a day, it’s possible. Those are just excuses. I’ve known fit women before, during and after their kids. Take time to take their kids to the park and so they get tired and fall asleep early at night. Always a way 🤌

Annoying music. People use too much music on their videos. Often much too loud. We don't need that.

Have you tried mediation? Great app is Balance, been using it for more than a year. You get to a point with mediation you basically can transport yourself to a beach or a rainforest or even a park for periods of time during your day with just using sounds from KZbin. 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻❤
