Another lovely video of jigs at work in the water. I consider this step essential for the angler that’s expecting to catch on the jigs they tie. Since I have been watching your videos, I have found the rabbit zonker material to be great underwater. It’s thick profile is important to my saltwater hair jigs and the added weight is a plus as you stated on your video. The black fire jig at the end…. Wow!!!! I’m must try it after using up some of the jigs I’ve already tied. All the best to you and thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!

Michael let me give you and update on the Black Bucktail Firetail jig.....this pattern is fantastic at night for smallmouth. I tied your exact pattern up in 3/8 ounce and when fished on main lake deep rocky points on dark moon nights.....well you better be paying attention! Since fishing this pattern I have landed several smallmouth on Pickwick Lake in northern Alabama up to 6 pounds. I haven't tried it yet but I want to incorporate this pattern on my short arm custom spinner bait. I have a feeling it will do well.

Thanks for the great bonus info my friend. Good to know those smallies like the BBF. I think it will be dynamite in your spinnerbait version. Blades make long distance calls for attention ;0) Looking forward to hear more, when you've tried that out. Cheers, Michael :0)

Thanks for the video. Would be more useful to know what the jigs are made of instead of when they are imitating.
