Looks great, like the eyes. Probably tie it on a 1/8oz jig for a slower fall.

Duuuuuuuuuuuude!!!! Great to see you again! And with a most awesome video and pattern :o) Best underwater footage around! Best tutorials period! That crawdad is so simple yet has a great profile and lifelike movement - unbelievable how the muskrat floats! I guess you've been busy with the SPY game, deep undercover and all, as long as HQ hasn't given you a "burn notice" all must be well. Is it? I even reached out to Coastfly to see if he could contact you. I haven't checked your blog in awhile but I inquired a couple of times there too. I can't tell you how good it was to see your name pop up in my notifications in this very trying dilemma we're all going through. I hope all is well with you and Ulla, stay safe and healthy my friends.

Hi Joe, damn good to hear from you again. Hope you and your family are safe and heathy. I've been deep under cover for a while, that SPY thing really lead me into a secret world of magic. No... to be honest. I haven't been through any weird stuff or live changing experiences. Just been busy with work (marketing consulting and writing) and getting another KZbin channel up as well. Check it out on this link: kzbin.info/door/Kpc3zBQGyF9YHZhu09UMew?view_as=subscriber Furthermore I have been dealing with a tennis elbow injury the last 4 months, that has made it impossible to swing any kind of fishing rod. For the record: I dont play tennis, but I used a chainsaw quite a lot during last fall and winter. Doc says, that might be the reason. Just started out training with a light spinning outfit, and learning to use my left hand for casting, when the right gives up. Not much fun, but better than staying home, now that the season is starting again. But enough of that whining. Spring is here, and Ulla and I have produced a bunch of videos for the coming weeks. And, corona or not, we are going fishing on the lake this week ;0). We are both good, but have been quarantined like the rest of the world. I think you are gonna like the next video. It is still super secret though, but I can give you a spy code you can try to crack: JFS :0) Does that ring any bells? Be safe my friend. Cheers, Michael :0)

@@MichaelJensensAngling Glad to hear all is "almost" well and you're hard at work on different projects. Bummer about the elbow. In the late 80's I developed what I called "salmonitus" in my right arm. It was the result of 100s of casts to (and landing a few :o) chinook salmon on the Great Lakes tribs. The following deer season I could hardly carry my scoped shotgun. So I hear ya "lefty" ;o) Yes spring is busting all over! We're close to our supposed "peak" here in central NY for the next several days and the "stay at home" stuff is getting tighter. Anyway I don't think fish carry it but they'll be there when and if this calms down and I go out to greet them :o) Hmmm, JFS, I'm working on it. Got to find my decoder ring. In the mean time I'm going to check out the new channel. Be well buddy. Cheers, JD :o))

@@joeduca8582 Well Lefty Kreh did great things with his left hand and Jimi Hendrix was a southpaw as well, so no worries ;0) Around here quarantine means to stay home from work, and since I've worked from my home the last 4 decades, that's just business as usual. We are encouraged to go out and do anything outdoor related, as long as we keep some distance to other people - and in a boat on a lake that isn't much of a challenge either. So we don't need to sit home, if we want to go fishing. We got our prime ministers word for that (or something along that line). Just checked your message on my website. Can't figure out, how I missed it back then. Won't happen again ;0) You can always send me a mail, Joe. Just find the mail address on my website. I you send one today, I will mail you a clue to the mysterious JFS code. Cheers Michael :0)

@@MichaelJensensAngling Yeah it's about the same here but our county wants us to go shopping every other day according to your odd or even birth year. Some stores open early AM just for seniors, like me ;o) No crowds, etc. The state encourages going out but if a parking lot is full go to another or go another day. I have some 8 foot or longer rods to swing so that should encourage distancing ;o) Sounds like you have it nocked for for some "safe" fishing. Tight lines and I'll look for that clue 8o)
