I mean Blair was vicious but she was always accurate when she took people down - no one does revenge like Blair. However, Serena would lash out but pretend that she was different from the other Upper Eastsiders. I mean taking Dan to the same bar she cheated with Nate on is such a slap in the face - thank god she chose Chuck in that moment (ironically, I think he's the only male character we meet who doesn't sleep with S). The way I view GG characters (with maybe the exception of Eric) they are all bad people who are capable of doing good things.

That’s absolutely not okay, yes serena slept with nate when she was DRUNK and regretted it deeply but blair dating dan as an adult is worse. I don’t care that serena showed loui’s mother gossip girl blasts about blair because serena experienced first hand blair using loui for his title in paris when she got upset she thought he wasn’t a prince. Then she took it out on serena and pushed her in a fountain. The whole yale situation blair started too. She tried to belittle serena’s dream of going to brown and called her stupid and said she would never be able to get into yale. She set her off and then played victim when serena showed her that she could get into yale. If you tell someone they can’t do something then whatever happens next you should expect it.

You’re right that at first Blair was with Louis for his title; but then she fell in love with him and said he made her happy. Plus, Blair didn’t tell Serena she was stupid, told her she didn’t have Yale numbers, which is true, because she skipped class and got low grades; In fact, Serena got into Yale because she showed up half-naked with that old dean of hers hitting on her and why she was in the papers.
