How often should or could we perform these exercises to have the better results? I mean, should I do one series one day and rest the following day or two days. Is that 3 times a week a good sequence? One day on and one day off?
@VolleyCountrycom2 жыл бұрын
It all depends on your trainings. If you jump every day, then 2 times per week would be fine. If you want to concentrate on your vertical jump improvement, then 3-4 times per week. Don’t do them 2 days in row, always take a day off. Also don’t forget your core; stretching, prevention, rehabilitation, good amount of sleep and quality meals😀
