I picked up a husky 37 in 1 when i first started, to this day its still my favorite tool!

You know klein has a 15 in one with thoes double sided bits with combination too. They sell thay model at hd not lowes but it's a thicker handle slightly and you'll know it because the bits are all black .

The other version of the Klein insulated tools are way better !! I have a whole bag you should try them out

Klein 32315HD is the same as that 13-1 except it holds one more bit in the carousel making it 15-1. The bit it comes with is C1/C2 but if you don’t need that you can swap it out for your own bit of choice.

You very well may know this, but those water pump pliers are manufactured by NWS. I have often found them to be more affordable when not rebranded as Klein. The ones you had in the video were part of NWS's MX line, and the ones you linked to are from the QuattroGripp line.

Thanks for the heads up! I am aware of the rebrand but I actually couldn’t find the version I have on Kleins website & the part number is the same as their rebranded Quattrogrip version. Not sure exactly how it happened but the style of plier is the main focus on it. I’m not super familiar with NWS different lines so thanks for the clarity on that!

@americanelectrician, I'm not sure why they decided to make the change. Personally, I prefer the MX line. The other ones are just as good, from what I understand. I've used them, but I've never owned a pair. I don't like having the ability to adjust them smaller without pressing the button-you have to press the button to open them wider, but you can always push them closed without pressing the button, as long as nothing's in the way. Maybe Klein wanted to have a product that's just a bit more different from Cobras. A lot of people love that design, so maybe they just preferred it.

For pliers is not Knipex a better option anytime? Eastern Europe here and a Cobra here is like 27 USD

Everything in my opinion I get knipex pliers except the lineman I prefer klein hands down had both, they practically cut the exact same but my knipex got trasned after a month because they couldn't handle abuse anywhere near the kleins
