I am 19 and moved on my own to Ireland for college. It was a spontaneous decision bcs I didn't know what to do after high-school Everyone thinks that I have everything planned and that everything is going great in my life but in reality I am lost. I am so lost that I am stressing every single day about the future. I can't seem to figure out a single thing. I have friends that are the same age as me who already are in their 3rd year doing internship and I am still waiting to get accepted into college. You probably won't see this comment but your video put me at ease at least for the 10 minutes that I was watching it.

That last one was the best part. I even experience that it is sometimes expected to have it all figured out at the end of high school, that you’re expected to know how you’re going to spend your 20’s, what job you’re going to get, where you want to live. It’s just too much to know when you’re not even 20 yet.

Comparing to others is killing me but when I see what is happening around me and in the world in general, I need to be the happiest person right here, right now...and in that moment I am... It turns out that our mind is the factory of our happines. And also, there are people like you, who can make us smile just by saying a few reasonable things we already know but we need someone's confirmation that we are not crazy, we are just people doing our best...and for that thank u🫶

I'm actually at your age, and I relate to what you say. Hydration, nutrition, sleep, and exercise. That's what works best for me. Also, finances are important. You need to understand the basics. save money and invest if you can and at a young age. About "figuring it out" I don't relate to it at all, but I think it's from a finance point of view. "What do you want to do when you grow up? Figure it out"

22, I'm a late bloomer and I feel like I should be somewhere else at this point in life and I often get anxiety of my life passing me by.
