Fab voyage Tom👍! Deffo not for anyone without your diverse knowledge on tidal flows, windage, weather forecasts & rapidly changing sea-states! Neatly inserted clips of rock features. Gr8 ending. Bring-on more fun in the sea!... Spare paddle tied onboard maybe😉?

Thanks! Good point about the paddle. That occurred to me when I was editing this video. Maybe a paddle leash would be good for offshore trips...

Hi Tom, I've been following you for a long time and everything in your videos has always been spectacular. The sessions are great, the quality is fantastic... this channel is absolutely brilliant and you helped me a lot with the majority of my curiosities about swimming freediving, surfing... anything, thank you so much. Anyway, I would like to make a suggestion (if it's not a problem): I'm convinced that you can add a really funny video on your channel to show us some of the funniest things happened during your water activities, something like a "oops and bloopers" compilation. For example, you could make a compilation of all of the times where you or your friends get "caught" on video while peeing in the water. Once, before a swimming race in the sea, my uncle said "the sea is calling me to let me pee in it, I must go now" and that was hilarious, so funny, he always tells me there are 2 types of divers, surfers and swimmers: those who pee in the water and those who lie, you can also include those moments in the future videos just to keep having a bit of humor on your channel, you can use both old and new clips, what do you think? I know it sounds weird, but, for me, it's the funniest thing about and swimmers. When a swimmer pees in the water, I think he demonstrates to be someone who is not afraid of consequences or to be judged. I think it's something that can come out great! I'd be so so happy to watch it, let me know, have a great day!

Cheers Carlos. I have something in mind along those lines. Life hasn’t allowed me much opportunity for KZbin fun recently, but I’ll be back soon. Thanks!

@@tjashton Oh thank you so much! I can't wait to watch those "releasing" moments, please let me know.

I'm thinking about getting this sup from Decathlon but hesitating as I wouldn't mind one that you can attach a kayak seat too. I'm thinking it would make life easier for this type of paddling. Great video, I really enjoyed it.

Thanks! I also have a Mistral one with the seat fittings. I got it from Lidl. I have never actually used the seat. Definitely go for it if you think you’l need the seat.

Nice adventure, a pack raft although a bit more expensive looks a bit more stable for me!

Yeah this is the least stable kind of craft you can get! Adds to the excitement and makes for really good exercise!

Hope your viz has allowed you some exploits recently? A huge thanks for your previous advice to get a 7mm open-cell suit. Being slim, it's an awesome choice for use in UK waters all year round I suggest. Emerged from 1hr+ in 8°c actually warm👌. The pisette is an invaluable extra too! Safe fun in the sea everyone.

Awesome. It’s amazing how well they work! I had my first semi decent session at the weekend. More to come hopefully
