❤❤❤❤Beautiful! Going through a weird time of abundance on one side and grief and anxiety and indecisiveness on the other. This meditation brought tears… which I know is a great thing and actually hard for me to do most times (cry). You’re amazing. Thank you again 🙏

I did this as soon after waking up and my mind and body feel refreshed now. I have to be consistent with meditation as this video was lovely.

This 7 minutes meditation video is the most useful guided video so far that I found, it helps me to relax my mind and become more focus to my feeling

i’ve been using this for a couple weeks now; i’m really depressed because of quarantine but this is opening my eyes and reminding me that i am more than my thoughts❤️ great meditation, it hasn’t cured me but it’s definitely improved my state

I just attempted this guided breathing for the first time. I was anxious and nauseous about some chest pain. Now that I finished it, I feel relieved and calm. I’m looking forward to repeating it.
