This 7 minute meditation for encouragement reminds you to slow down. You're doin' just fine as you are. You are doing your best in this season, whatever it is bringing to you, and that is all you can ask of yourself. The encouragement in this meditation comes in the form of a few affirmations you can continue repeating to yourself throughout your day. This affirming encouragement will help your brain to change, becoming more compassionate to yourself.

I enjoyed your most guided meditation it was needed after traveling on a train. I wanted to thank you so much for that amazing journey you have allowed me to go on. My only daughter graduated from college receiving her Bachelor's Degree. Super happy and very pleased with all her accomplishments that God has truly blessed with. Sometimes life does take us to unexpected places. Thank you Katie again for that pleasing to my ears meditation. I truly needed this!!!!
