Awesome stuff. Injured my back in the Army long ago, and although I can perform most body builder type exercises, these are way more beneficial in the long run. Shoulder and hip stiffness are a real issue. This (along with your other videos) fits the bill. And thank you for your attire. I watch these with my wife so booty girls need not apply. ;)

Gutes Video. Ich mag dass du eine Klimzugstange eingebaut hast sehr! Leider finde ich die letzte Übung etwas unverständlich, was genau zu tun ist. Ich hätte mir da (zusätzlich) eine Rückenperspeltive gewünscht. Sonst fühle ich mich schön locker und frei nach der Session 😊
