you look 1000x better than people who only do gym , im on the cardio side because I train for triathlon, but I have to say that mixing 70/30 (70 cardio and 30 gym) would bring incredible results in terms of aesthetic, of course it also depends on your body and the type of aesthetic you are looking for but honestly I much more attratced to people who are not 100% muscles It also depends

I've always loved this kind of training! I'm finding it really interesting how the messaging is starting to pivot from "you need to follow a set program/routine to get results!!!!" to this.

Can someone please explain to me what this is? I’m a teen who wants to slowly grow into a a steady workout routine. I know both under- and over- training are problems. Any tips, recommendations or anything? Thanks so much in advance x

I completed the OER BASE challenge the day before yesterday and it's been over a decade since I've felt like myself in my own body. So many, many, thanks. I'm excited to start a new playlist today. Thank you again.

Another awesome one!! My favorite yet. I’ve come so far thanks to everything you’ve shared on here! Eternally grateful for that. I never thought I’d be to the point I could be exploring my strength and mobility confidently and safely beyond old school static stretches. P.S. 200.000 is getting sooo close and I couldn’t be happier for your success in that!

Push-ups, pull ups, a pair of halters in the bedroom, cycling.... Wake up do push-ups, lift some halters after the shower, push-ups with added weight while coffee's running... etc... By the end of the day I got 100 push-ups in, 20 pull-ups, etc... No time lost, muscle and strength gained
