Another routine with stretching exercises for after workout! This one holds each stretch for 60 seconds to get a little deeper into the stretches. Only 7 exercises in 7 minutes! You will feel each exercise more and this will help you improve your flexibility!
Stretching after your workout is very important, not only to recover your muscles, but also to prevent any injuries during workouts due to the lack of flexibility and range on motion! These stretches will also help with soreness, you will notice a difference when you start stretching after workouts the following days!
It is normal to feel uncomfortable in these stretches, it’s a good thing actually! because it means that it’s working and your flexibility is getting better!!! Feel free to do your own variation of the stretch if the pain is unbearable!
