lx 100 with no built in flash you are forced to carry yours. hope you don't forget it, also $200 more with way less zoom. The Fuji x30 is a badass camera period. I had sony a6000, have sony nex5t both nice but really don't like carrying and changing lenses constantly, the x30 has perfect lowlight performance great zoom, evf view finder for sunny days and you don't have to spend money on lenses-ever. just grab n go. plus superb color reproduction. to me Fuji is the right choice.

nice review as always - tanks. I love my X20 - and like many was hoping for a real update - but still the same looks - and Fuji did Not deliver - less attractive looks and still same sensor and processor - lens is very nice but we all where hoping for a new sensor so a new lens would be needed - So a new EVF which is nice and few software enhancements - but now the camera is even larger and not as nice looking as the X10/X20 - Fuji could have done much better - I suspect that the Lumix LX100 will steal many customers - for one I now have the LX100 and really like it - so Fuji lost a sale - I will still keep the X20 as it is a gem - I suspect that the X30 will sell poorly as now Sony has the RX100m3 and Canon the G7X both with 1 inch sensor and of course the Lumix Lx100 with a M43 sensor in similar size body as the X30 - Suspect Fuji is on a real savings spree - mot of their recent updates have been very minor - like X-T1 a silver version :) and small changes on the X100T etc.
