Yes..we realise it once we start using the kitchen.. Small suggestions 🙂 If you want to go for loft in future.. go for white colour.. never go for contrast of two colours.. top shelf should be always in lighter and bottom slightly darker.. gives elegant look.. All the best! 👍

First mistake is not a mistake. I have seen gas stove near sink. But there is a lot of water near gas stove. Making food become mess due to water on the shelf. When a person washing utensils the droplets goes to food

Sink ie water element and stove ie fire element should not be in the same line. So that’s not really a mistake. Most other mistakes are not really mistakes bcz they can be managed with a little organisation.

agar gas stove aur sink ekhi jagah lene pada toh ek toh distance barabar rakho dusra sinkka areaka platform thoda 3 inch nich rakho isase sinkka pani platform pe nahi aayega jo gas pe cooking karate waqt taklif deta hai. Aur cleaning bhi easy hogi.

I too have a L shape kitchen,n it is same like urs .....as per vastu the sink is in perfect place......u can definitely use rice cooker......i do all washing n chopping near to sink n then start my cooking.... this way i save unnecessary trips to sink..

It’s right as per the need. But if you follow vastu then it’s not suggested . As per vastu, agni and jal shouldn’t be at the same line or same place.🙏🏻

I appreciate your efforts to share the flaws in your kitchen, but I want to say that no kitchen is technically perfect. We may plan it to best of our imagination but there are some points we come to know when we start working in it. Also, keeping electrical equipments on the counter top is not bad, as they are available readily for the use. 👍

Good that dish washer and sink in correct place, dish washer should be out side the kitchen as u said utility area it is good design, sink is not too far, please share the link of spice organizer, electrical appliance area is correct... I appreciate your efforts in making this video. However, what I would say that there is lack of early planning over here. Due to which you are now facing such issues. And this results in wastage of space, time and importantly money. You have lot of space available which you couldn't utilize properly. And that too only for 3 members..? Horrible. Still, you can get it Renovated and get rid of all the flaws. But again this needs your proper planning, money and put your time. No issues. Nice video. Stove, kitchen and fridge should be exactly at triangular distance. That's the best working kitchen according to interior designers. Practically it may not possible for all. Even for me also. Better to consult a designer before the house is constructed or else we have demolish a part of constructed area and make necessary changes. We would end up in higher budget.
