Great video, but you need a better mic, and your background music was a little too loud.

Thank you so much for this video it is very helpful. I am planning to travel to Tbilisi on this September, I really hope the situation will let it. I have never been there, can not wait to go! I already like that you say you are honest people and you don't want to negotiate. It is such an uncomfortable think, I like when it is a fix price and just accept that.

What areas have houses or apartments for rent that are in walking distance to stores? Is the driving traffic busy all day? We mostly do outdoor things and our shopping in the mornings.

The music contributes nothing to this vlog; it’s too loud (or rather, the speaking audio is too low), and it just muddles everything being said, which is a bit unclear to begin with, naturally, due to the thick accent.

I understand your comment about hotels, but you don't understand how complicated and expensive it is to book hotels in multiple cities. You fly into Tbilisi, then you will spend an entire day getting to Batumi. Then you will have to get back to Tbilisi to fly out, which will involve booking another hotel in Tbilisi for a night or two. It's much cheaper and easier to book just book a hotel in one city. You're exaggerating on the travel times. Georgia isn't that big, and most of the major sites aside from Batumi and some of the remote mountain villages, can be reached by day tour from Tbilisi. I will agree if you're using public transportation it will take a long time, but not if you go with a tour. They even have day trips to Armenia. It's best to just stay in Tbilisi. Batumi isn't that interesting. Ocean like ocean. Yeah, I read the taxi drivers are scammers. It's best to have the hotel book a taxi for you and negotiate the price, and have them write out the exact route and cost on a peace of paper to show to a driver when you need to return. You said don't haggle, but you have to do it with taxi drivers, or they'll rip you off. Georgia isn't that expensive.

Interesting things to know. Consistency. Often you go to a coffeeshop for a coffee and a croissant for breakfast (after 10, georgia doesn't open like the rest of the world before 10) , and they don't have the milk, of don't have coffee, or dont have croissant. Everyday different supply problem, over many coffeeshops, not just one. Often lots of things on menus in restaurants are not available. Male drivers, trying to prove they are REAL MEN, goes without saying Addiction to loud noise - Talking, music (not just loud, deafening, makes restaurants unbearable, roaring cars). Lack of consistency with hotels. Been in 11 hotel apartments of broad price range. Often no cups or spoons, but kettle, no cutlery in apartments, no dish towels or cleaner clothers, soap runs out quickly and no housekeeping. Most often, no wifi and tv (mainly because hotel and apartment rooms are privately owned and don't pay bill) Sometimes even no blankets, but a large town instead (seriously, this was in my most expensive hotel $120 per night) in Uraki. Having said the negatives, still love Georgia 😘

hi Giga, maybe because I am a non native english speaker I had difficulties to understand what you were saying. That is not the case in other english videos. Maybe you could pronounce your words clearer, use a better intonation and choose a different microphone and skip background music as long as you are speaking. Just my 2 cents... no offence!!! Ah I saw that others were having the same difficulties. :-)

IF GEORGIA WANTS TO BECOME PART OF THE WESTERN WORLD THE QUICKEST WAY , ALL THAT GEORGIA HAS TO DO IS TO RECEIVE A SIGNED ASSURANCE FROM THE USA that if Georgia adopts and implement the American Georgia State Constitution to be part of the American Georgia State, and implement English as official State language starting with the next generation of children, and the USA to sign such insurance if the European Georgia implements it to become part of the United States of America's Georgia State.
